Kevin, tell us more about you and your background!
I have 15+ years of experience in Investment banking in Europe and Asia, private equity and CFO positions in different corporates including startups and scaleups.
When was your company born and who is your core team?
- With a friend who has a similar experience, we co-founded this Summer a startup CFO consulting firm based in France and Switzerland.
- We provide companies with experienced CFO leaders, help them structure their finance function and make better business decisions when it counts.
- We have gained exposure to all ranges of industries undergoing significant transition, from rapid growth to restructurings, liquidity events, fundraising, M&A, and scaling operations.
We offer our clients a range of engagement options:
Project-based, typically for a specific transaction (financing or M&A transaction).
Part-time on a consulting basis.
Member of or engaged by a board of directors.
How did you scale your company to the actual size?
So far we are two co-founders, but our objective is to grow and recruit people in France and Switzerland. We have a pipeline of companies looking for a CFO.
